Spendint is owned and operated by Spendint Technologies Ltd.

1. Description of Services

Spendint provides a platform for managing personal expenses. Users can upload their expense data manually or through image files of receipts, and Spendint will extract and organize the data to create personalized dashboards. Users may also opt to generate insights using a Generative AI model based on their saved data.

2. User Registration

• Spendint uses Google Single Sign-On (SSO) for registration.

• We collect only your name and email address upon your consent during registration. No other personal information is required.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Spendint, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information.

• Avoid abusive behavior, such as spamming or uploading harmful content.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Spendint reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these terms (see Section 10).

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

• Users retain ownership of the receipt images and manually supplied expense data they upload to Spendint.

• By uploading content, users grant Spendint a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze the content to provide and improve services.

• Spendint retains ownership of all website content, including its design, text, graphics, and functionalities.

5. Payment and Donations

• Currently, users may support Spendint through a “Buy Me a Coffee” donation option.

• Subscription features may be introduced in the future.

6. Privacy and Data Use

• Spendint collects users’ names, email addresses, and expense data (uploaded or manually entered).

• User data is not shared with any third party.

• Cookies are not required for accessing or using Spendint.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Spendint integrates Google Single Sign-On to streamline user registration. No additional third-party services are used at this time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Spendint is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to our services.

• The accuracy of the AI-generated insights.

Spendint shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service

Spendint reserves the right to update these ToS at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or an announcement on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes implies acceptance.

10. Termination of Use

Spendint may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these ToS, including but not limited to abusive behavior or illegal activities. Affected users will receive prior notification where feasible.

11. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of Lagos, Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
